The reward for garnering and holding 1st place in the ROK GP Cup Philippines Overall Championship is a stint in ROK GP Cup World Finals as a Philippines representative, usually held at SOUTH GARDA KARTING Track in Lonato, Italy.
Young racer Bern Corpino of DrQ Motorsports, who is nearing 15yo next month started competitive karting last year and has even landed 3rd overall in the Intermediate Class, a race program under Petron Motorsports Karting Academy. His goal for the year 2022 is to be the Junior Karter of the Year of the Philippines. He has already started competing in the Novice Class for Autocross Car Racing with his goal to participate in the Toyota Vios Cup or Formula V1 soon. A stint in competing abroad will surely enhance his driving skills hoping that someday he will be able to compete in Formula 4 where all F1 drivers started their international racing careers.
